NFL Week 17 NY Jets Beat the Buffalo Bills in 2010 Season

This kid was at its first NFL game with none other than the NYJets team, watching as they ripped the Buffalo Bills 38-7.

The entrance was packed with people from entertainers, fans, and faculty. Green and white as far as the eye can see. My last name has green, so I am sure I was excused for not wearing the colors.

Having arrived near kickoff time at the new stadium, it was rushing time. The masses went inside and climbed. Some more than others. Nice side view though

One inside though, the scene was beautiful. This picture above tells it all.

So how was the view once Steve got to the top?

During the game, I actually caught a camera guy filming fans. Actually, caught this guy doing the interview that is now online

The game went on without a hitch and despite the high altitude, the game was watchable. Watching an nfl game live really gave it a different perspective. What was perhaps most noticeable was the lack of commentators. You don’t realize how much you miss them, even if they’re off at times :)

There was a small drizzle mid game but nothing disruptive. In fact, the weather was a non factor. As the game dwindled, they announced a free Jets towel and thus the rush outside. Unfortunately, some lucky … individuals but myself got one.

But all in all, good weather and a Jets’ win made for a fantastic experience for this first timer.
